Forget the media. Stop the spin. Address the core issue - due process. Without it there is no democracy. That’s why the Founders put it in the Bill of Rights and said it applied to “all persons.”
Truly a sad day when so-called conservatives argue against due process in some vain attempt to defend Trump regardless of what he does |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Media is doing its best to cloud the due process issue, and apply that to every event that comes down the pike. And that's why they're missing the boat quite often. For example, the only actions against the two judges, thus far, has been their arrests. Those arrests, of course, are under the due processes for arrest warrants. And one judge has already been bought in front of a federal court -- then released from custody. Another due process step fulfilled. Shouting "Due Process" by demonstrators in the streets, trying to support the judges, FAILS TOTALLY-- its FALSE. -- its PREMATURE. As well as media reporters who repeat it-- constantly. |
