Seems pretty obvious that Van Hollen would be failing in his release attempt for Garcia from El Salvador prison

Here's some of those are unfavorable facts.  Garcia has been violent towards his wife, who resorted to a court action after surviving domestic abuse event. The claim filed by the wife indicated he punched, scratched, and ripped off her shirt, among other harm, according to court filings.

During an arrest encounter, Garcia's clothing when arrested clearly indicated connection to MS-13, from markings on his hat and his hoodie.   Upon being arrested with two other companions, they all "freely admitted being citizens" of El Salvador and "were present in the United States illegally." They were all then taken into custody.  

Pam Bondi has released the official reports confirming those facts.

Seems the Dems and media are forming a smoke screen to white wash Garcia.
