Stop the sad attempt to spin the issue.  The issue is the government grabbing people off the street and shipping them to a foreign prison with no due process. Not to mention some radicals here insisting the Constitution applies only to citizens.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Seldom is there recognition that there's various forms of due process.    For example the due process steps for search warrants or for arrest warrants, etc. are different than for trials. Yet its all glossed over by media.  Click Here
