Media is doing its best to cloud the due process issue, and apply that to every event that comes down the pike. And that's why they're missing the boat quite often.
For example, the only actions against the two judges, thus far, has been their arrests. Those arrests, of course, are under the due processes for arrest warrants. And one judge has already been bought in front of a federal court -- then released from custody. Another due process step fulfilled. Shouting "Due Process" by demonstrators in the streets, trying to support the judges, FAILS TOTALLY-- its FALSE. -- its PREMATURE. As well as media reporters who repeat it-- constantly. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Stop the sad attempt to spin the issue. The issue is the government grabbing people off the street and shipping them to a foreign prison with no due process. Not to mention some radicals here insisting the Constitution applies only to citizens. |
