Garcia has been moved out of the high security CECTO prison to a different prison.   He's now being detained at a lower security facility in Santa Ana, in El Salvador, where he has his own room with a bed and furniture, rather than a prison cell, with other inmates, as generally shown in TV photos.  The Santa Anna facility is called the Centro Industrial penitentiary.

On Sunday, the U.S. State Department said in an update to the federal district court in Maryland that Garcia was moved to the facility eight days before Van Hollen met with him in El Salvador last week.  Seems that Van Hollen has somehow avoided giving that update to the public, (if he knew) 

And the news reports also are  questioning why Van Hollen never asked Garcia whether he was a member of MS-13.   Hmmm.    Seems some covering up is being done by the Md Senator.  Is he really trying to bring out the facts, or is Van Hollen covering up ???
