Seems that Dem's weaponization of govt and censorships are far greater concerns, than Repub's efforts towards "their own political careers" Much different severity levels involved.
After society resolves weaponization, then address your other concern. That seems more logical sequence. Even the more ethically based. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Good one and so true. If I were in Congress, I'd be asking Wray just one question. If someone could bring that into the WH, can you guarantee that the next time it won't be anthrax or ricin. And if not, why not. And I'd try to avoid the amateurish posturing that is routine on the panel. When are R's going to put forward people whose interests are ours rather than their own political careers?
