Upper parts of Manklin Creek had similar ice conditions, but that was perhaps, maybe 15 [or so] yrs ago.  Unsure of the year that was.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It wasn't all that long ago when the bay froze over and guys who had their boats in slips at Pines Point marina were walking around them ON THE ICE breaking it free to avoid the hull being damaged, must have been 8-10 inches thick in the marina?
