I kept my boat(s) on Seneca Creek (Goose Harbor Marina) in the 80's, 90's and 2000's.  NEVER saw any ice. You confirm my observation. Winters in mid-Atlantic are not as cold as in the 40s and 50s.  Goose Harbor was across the Seneca from our home
