I have been reading all of Steve’s posts. To ‘group’ everyone that is white into a white supremacy group is very wrong. To believe every black has started out at a disadvantage is very wrong. I have known many ‘vice vets a’ situations. I have known many blacks who have stated ‘ I am so tired of being told that I’m disadvantaged and started off in such a bad way!’… we need to stop ‘grouping people by color. This ‘going backwards’ in our country is so wrong. Kids are now calling each other names when they never even noticed their friends color since the CRT. I’m glad you’ve kept this conversation going with Steve’s I’ve had time to think and Steve is very wronf. Perhaps what he saw and put away in his memory from years ago in those scenarios- but in other scenarios at the same time that was not the case. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My family wasn't a product of "generations of wealth". We were poor, and just as "disadvantaged" as some of the black neighborhoods you describe. I started with none of the advantages you seem to think I did. There are other factors in life that seem to have disadvantaged whites . . . "Affirmative Action" was one. The differences you see to ascribe to race I think more is a reflection of class. |
