For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: And they should not be forcing or even presenting material secretly without the parent's knowledge, another tactic in the education playbook these days that has parents upset. In my experience, I have no knowledge of this happening, but I do not think it should happen (exposing young children to mature sexual material.) What parent would want this and which educators would do this? If this is what you are talking about, Mark, then I agree with you. If this is happening, then parents should certainly go to their school board, state senator or congressman to make sure their children are receiving only age-approiate education / materials. |
