Hi Kyra, we’re having the usual June gloom, clouds and drizzle in the morning driving to work and some sun in the afternoon when leaving work. It might warm up a bit this weekend. Thankfully no humidity yet. Our a/c is set too but we don’t need it right now. With the whole house fan it cools the house down nicely and uses less power. Getting used to the machine but last night I pulled it off the nightstand to land on the floor with water from the tank in the hose so off it cam. I got the hose hung up to dry during the day and I’ll put it all together at bedtime. That’s nice that Rebecca has her trampoline. It’s something in her life that she can understand and use all by herself. It’s fun for her ?? I liked the trampoline in gym. I was the only student in my girls gym class that actually did a flip and landed on my butt perfect. Only reason passed it?? I bet the shell necklaces are very cute and the resin sea scen shells are adorable. I bet Lexi is so excited for her recital especially with the outfits for them. ?? Just finished working on a scarf so now it’s time for a shower and bed. Hope your knee is feeling better. Understand about hobbling around, no fun. Have a good Friday and a good weekend too! Love you, Colleen |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Even with the temps in the 90's the humidity has been in the 50's and it has been nice. Our air conditioning stays on all the time. We keep it set at 74 and it runs as needed. I can't have the windows open or I end up with sinus problems. It also helps keep the humidity down in the house in the summer time. Rebecca loves this weather. She is outside on her trampoline. Her trampoline is about 6 feet round and 6" off the ground. That trampoline is a picnic table, a lounge, and anything else she wants it to be. The girls brought back tiny shells and sand from the beach and I made every one sea shell necklaces. I had some larger shells about 1 1/2 inches that I put a little ocean scene in them with resin. They turned out cute. Lexi will do her first dance recital in a couple of weeks. She just got her outfits for it. She has one for the ballet, one for tap, and one for tumbling. They took pictures yesterday of her in her costumes. I can't wait until they come back. Maybe your Apap machine needs some adjusting. Katie's daddy uses his all the time even just to take a nap. I wish they would do something with my right knee because it does not like me anymore. I do not want a knee replacement. So I hobble on. Well Rebecca just came in and she is wanting to eat. I made spaghetti yesterday and there is just enough for her lunch. Patricia is fixing chili mac for the girls. I can not decide what I want. I guess I'll eat some more of my tortilla soup. Love You and hope you have a great day Kyra |
