Common sense demonstrates the fallacy of this Biden boat speed limit proposal. Seems that a 34 ft charter fishing boat captain can speed all he wants, while a 35 footer to 65 footer boat captain would face a 10 knot limit. And how about large ships, often capable of faster speeds these days.
Its a Biden proposal so obviously defective from the get-go. |
