Joe Biden wants to protect those whales via speed limits on boats offshore.
Sounds like window dressing. And its only proposed for boats between 35 ft & 65 ft. long. Some Marlin fishing boats but not some others. And not for big ships. Weird !! Turn the coast guard into radar watching cops. Unbelievable & unenforceable |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Those much loved sea creatures, whales, dolphins and porpoises deserve much better recognition and protections. Your good buddy Joe Biden wants to protect those whales via speed limits on boats offshore. It was not the "lefties" who objected.
