Thanks for your response. You might have read comments here from Tom Hemmick - and yes, he is related - he's my dad. He knows far more about the law and economics and business than I do, but hopefully I can add something worthwhile now and again.

I agree 100% with your comments. Some reactions make little sense and seem to be more about getting oneself attention rather than really making an actual contribution to the cause and putting pressure on the Russian government.
