When I told my grandson who happens to be a Marine about the plan to pay $300 to criminals to not shoot anybody he said he has a better idea.
Pay the cops a $300 bonus each week provided they shoot at least one criminal and a $500 bonus if they earn a weekly bonus for 12 straight weeks. They of course are allowed to shoot more than one criminal a week but only get the one bonus. I think he might be on to something here! | ||||||
