A couple of days ago it was in the supper 80's and today it's back down in the 50's. It looks like it could rain any minute. We keep getting these straight line winds. Ryan came home Thursday evening so he gets to be home for Easter.
Lexi is no problem when she is here but she is good at being a pixie when she is at home. Lexi loves playing with her dolls. Eva never played with dolls. Small figures yes but not dolls. She loves playing with trucks and cars too. But Lexi loves being the mommy to her dolls. I love the way the new top loading machines now determine the water by the weight of the cloths. My old one I had year ago use to fill the tub up no matter the size of the load. The new ones use much less water. I ended up getting into cleaning. I still need to do more. I was in the middle of it yesterday when the power went out again. This time they were working on the lines. So we went to get something to eat. It was only off a couple of hours. There is a blue jay and a woodpecker trying to see who can steel the most cat food and now a thrasher has joined them. I love watching the birds.. Well stay safe. Kyra |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We’re finally going to have some warm weather this weekend but it’s supposed to get back to being cold next week. Just nice to be able to have the doors open for a little while. I think we’ll use the whole house fan tomorrow and clear out the staleness inside the house. It’s great to use it in the early mornings during summer to pull in the cooler night air and then we close up the house. Ryan really has to be running ragged with all the repairs needed. So much damage. Will keep him in my prayers for safety. I’m finding out that machine really does a good job washing towels and the small bath rugs. Since it senses the weight of the clothes, etc. it puts the right amount of water into the tub. it’s going to be interesting to find out what the water bill will be like this next month. lLol, I’m sure Lexi has moves?? She must be a joy and a trial at times ???? So what did you get into? Hope it was something fun ??. I’ve been winding yarn into balls, so much easier to use when I knit. My pop up awning for the craft fair and the weights arrived yesterday so I will have shade. We’ll have to give it a try this weekend. I have to go through my beading supples and see what I have to make some necklaces, bracelets. Nothing elaborate but simple ones. Hope you have a good Easter weekend, good weather and no tornadoes.
