YUP I'd agree with all those kinds of suggested penalties. Need some sock it to them kinds of penalties. Some perp walks. And the classic technique of forgive the small fry, in exchange for them giving evidence against the bigger fish. Obvious repeat patterns across a bunch of states points to central planning & management from some bigger fish.
Yet there's a scarcity of expressing such ideas regarding penalties on any sites that I've seen. Pretty much crickets. Wondering -- What's the hold back ???????? Exception of course is the disqualification of the "late" ballots, beyond the legislatively clear deadlines. Clear calls for tossing them out -- and with the effects on the total tallies. And on my clock, a minute after midnight is really the next day. So toss all those 2 AM & 3 AM deliveries of bundles of ballots. And toss all those carried in by Joe Doakes -- Only accept those from the post office employees or from official drop box couriers --Establish a confirmed record of the chain of custody. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Sidney Powell. She mentioned a web site this evening accepting donations. Send her your finger print suggestion, and maybe some bucks. I just might do that! what are the possible remedies being sought?? Is it 30 to 120 days in Jail? Is it sizable fines? For the backroom thugs, I'd offer amnesty for complete cooperation with investigators. The techies behind any nefarious on-the-fly software 'patching' would be subject to heavy fines and 1-year jail time; same for the management. Will it mean tossing out some portions of votes, like the late one's?? Is it a combination --all of the above?? If its possible, all late-arriving ballots should be segregated from the rest. All ballots received after legislation-stipulated dates should be tossed. The courts have no business 'extending' the dates ballots can be received. If this makes it to the Supremes, Roberts notwithstanding, I think they'd find for the Sydney Powell's of the Trump team of lawyers. Unfortunately, Kavanaugh is still smarting from the Judicial Committee beatdown he suffered, so he's an unknown on many issues before the court. Is a state so corrupt that the entire state is disqualified? What we need is an Army of Lawyers, picking through every historical document from the period before the drafting of the COTUS, e.g., Federalist Papers, and challenge the rights of citizens of COMMONWEALTHS to participate in national elections. That'll teach the Bauersmiths of the country a thing or two. |
