I swear I'm not supporting the fraud theory but your reference to ballots being marked by the same back room types reminds me of the highly contested election that first put Lyndon in the Senate. There were about 200 ballots in one district that were clearly marked by the same person in the same handwriting. I believe the names involved were even in alphabetical order. Their submission to the judge hearing the case was blocked by the Johnson lawyer team. He won by 87 votes. It's all in Robert Caro's second book on Johnson, Ascent to Power. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Have you heard about the statistical experts being called upon -- They're applying probability science to those straight Dem's top of ballot only "strings" So many in a row produced incredibly lopsided probability odds. Seems more good thinking. Hang in there Bob. OK Tom, I'll "Hang in there" (Don't say you didn't ask for it). To explore further your 'statistical experts' and 'probably science' references, what say you about using pattern recognition software to determine if 000's of 'President Only' ballots (no down ballot votes) were marked by the same 15 - 20 back-room thugs? I know its a long shot but its a kick knocking this sort of stuff around.* I still think examining 'President Only' ballots for the presence of hand prints is a worthwhile endeavor, in that seemingly untouched (virgin) ballots would be indicative of felonious behavior; at least one print (the voter's) should be present. * Brainstorming: It was one of those 15-minute corporate 'good ideas' a few decades past-- that, and Casual Fridays (inspiring men to spend a small fortune, retooling their wardrobes, just to dress like Arnold Palmer one day a week). |
