You'd possibly be getting into matters of the states rights and the states sovereignty issues VS federal jurisdiction. You know about the commerce clause. Also kidnappings across state lines, and the probable lack of Federal powers to mandate masks nationwide. But those seem debates I'd skip or defer to some other time .
Here's a bigger, more impactful one: ABUSES by Big Tech & Big communication companies. Plenty of critics for you to join forces, share ideas, debate with there. Maybe you'll Jump right in? Nick Sandman is but one example. Have you heard that "equal protection" was an issue in the Gore VS Bush case?? And that there was a 7 to 2 SOCTUS vote supporting that issue?? Also its one of the PA issues being brought in the lawsuit. Tom |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Have you taken note of the wide variety of kinds of cases depending upon the "due process" clauses of the constitution. Here's MY example of a 'due process/equal protection' case that should be brought and, to date, no one seems to be pressing it; perhaps with good reason: Its apparent that a hand-full of states with left-leaning administrations, and like-minded judiciaries, have retooled their general election machinery to benefit a candidate they prefer. I'm surprised that the election officials of the various states in the South and Mi-West haven't joined forces and cobbled together an equal protection/due process petition citing actions taken by the offending states; actions designed to reduce the positive impact the electoral votes of South and Mid-West states would have for the candidate they disfavor. I may have been a bit clumsy above, but you should be able to get the idea of what I'm driving at. |
