I think that, as usual, The Donald has painted himself into a corner. If he had just insisted that there be recounts in states or districts where the vote is extremely close rather than carrying on about "Fraud" and "I Won", the situation could have been handled in a much more straightforward manner. He also has credible grounds for insisting that because of the Covid changes in some state laws, the issue of mail in ballots necessitates some strong oversight of ballot validity.
However T cannot resist making it another Apprentice Show and therefore coming off as a sore loser who can't bear to hear, "You're fired". |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As you know there's a number of issues yet to be aired in the upcoming lawsuits. Many details continuing to emerge, daily. If Trump were to concede, this would definitely be used against him by opposing attorneys. Would produce the argument that all those lawsuits had become moot, and thus should be dismissed without any proceedings, no hearings at all. I'd suggest that Trump can't concede, if he has any hope of cleaning up the U.S. election processes. |
