Perhaps I have succeeded in making things happy for all concerned?
More or less. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Good morning Joe Hope you are well. We are talking at cross purposes, I suspect? You're saying - I think and correct me if I am wrong - that whatever form of concession HRC made - at least she DID it, while Trump is effectively being an a** for NOT doing it. And therefore, whatever dear old HRC may be or not be, she's at least got Trump beat hands down in that regard. I actually agree that - even if there are voting anomalies and I think there are - nevertheless, Trump STILL ought to concede, and I actually agree that in this regard at least, Hillary exceeded Mister Donald. And that I think summarizes your position, if I am right. Now then, here is the point that the world-famed Douglas was trying to make. Ancient history or not, I don't think Hillary has had some giant change in her character from the 2008 concession when Obama won. She takes herself and her own pet projects as all-important and she cannot seriously be taken as a model of humility by anyone. And so, I think it is very much in the realm of possibility to simultaneously agree with your position and with mine at the same time. Perhaps I have succeeded in making things happy for all concerned? Doug |
