The protests last week in LA and the NO KING protests nationwide were mostly peaceful. In the spirit of civil nonviolence, many protesters were voluntarily arrested. I do not condone the destruction of property or throwing objects at law enforcement. I think the LA police and Highway Patrol did a good job of containing the situation (to a tiny percentage of LA area) while showing constraint.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: And in LA, there is no riot.  Your hatred of Trump is clouding your good judgment.
