While much of mass media are claiming the recent riots in L.A. are mostly peaceful, some sources are today reporting that violence has indeed been occurring. Images are emerging as well as reports about the violence.
Beyond the expected assaults, pushing & shoving against law enforcement, there's been burning of vehicles, spray painting and rock throwing while officials are driving to areas in the conflict. There were assemblies of rioters outside of the downtown L.A. Metropolitan Detention Center facility, causing broken windows, & setting off dangerous professional-level fireworks. Several explosions were seen in footage filmed from a CBS News helicopter. Two officers were injured when two motorcyclist protesters tried to breach the LAPD skirmish line in front of the detention center. Both of those offenders were detained. About 40 protesters were arrested, among the worst rioters. Several explosions were seen in footage filmed from a CBS News helicopter. We're Wondering why yesterday evening photos like these were missing from TV news coverage. Also the other violence examples were skipped. Headlines: Los Angeles anti-ICE protesters clash with police, set fires downtown amid National Guard deployment Click Here California Republicans slam Newsom, Bass for letting LA burn with riots amid Trump immigration blitz Click Here Seems like there's far too much sentiment against the ICE arrests & the deportation program. Governor Gavin Newson , and LA mayor Karen Bass have also been supporting illegal migrants, instead of pushing for protection of US citizens. Atrocious !!!! |
