Video titled: Whispers growing' about Obama 'pulling the strings' in the White House 6 min video In the final couple minutes, you'll hear Obama saying something resembling your quotation. Obama refers to running things for a 3rd term, by finding a front man, a stand in . . . . and Barach will be in his basement, feeding words to the "stooge" (my choice of a word) Is this close enough??
