YES  California and Biden have very little logic, when it comes to power supply.   The intermittent nature of wind & solar need the back up of coal, gas & nuc's.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This is a major problem coming to USA! California never has enough electricity and still wants more batteries! I don’t understand the logic
