I realize this is an old thread but I looked through the backlog just to post this thought.
Here in SC we had a big storm in mid December. A much loved teacher was caught in her car as she entered deep water in the road. Her electric car battery shorted out and she couldn't release the door locks. She died by drowning. I don't remember seeing that part of the story covered in the local news. |
