Yeah, I knew as soon as I sent it what I got wrong. However, the previous post from someone indicated AOC got a BA for Economics and a BA for Political Science. A degree in either of these fields would have been a BS not a BA. Sounds like more BS | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A two year degree is called an "Associate Degree", what you get from a Junior College,. A"BA" degree is a Bachelor of Arts, given by four year colleges and universities in certain majors, Philosophy and French 16th century art histories being two examples. A "BS" is a Bachelor of Science given for majors in engineering, math and the physical sciences as examples along with some business majors. I happen to have a BS in Accounting from a large, well known university, I also know some people that have BA's in business majors from different schools, might be the school or the number of credits you earn in the major, I'm not sure of why there's a difference? |
