Beyond the states of Florida and Texas avoiding the mandates -- there's Governor Ducey of Arizona saying he won't require vaccinations nor mask wearing mandates.
According to Dr. Bagdasarian, Michigan’s chief medical executive, the state is not currently planning any mandates [11/18/21] Locally, Montgomery County Public Schools have walked back the mandate for employees to either get a coronavirus vaccination or risk being fired [11/24/21] They will now allow testing once a week Some courts and some businesses have halted enforcements of the mandates. For example, the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, on Nov 12th continued its stay. And on Nov 17, 2021, Biden's OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Administration stopped enforcing its mandates. Disney World has publicized its halting the mandate against un-vaxxed employees, as has the auto industry union & big three manufacturers. |
