For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just a cartoon, reflecting the kinds of differences shown by some states disagreeing with Washington about the mandates. Differences of opinions and policies are indeed happening about COVID matters. And being debated. As a part of this debate, I'm concerned when hospitals are closing their emergency rooms, due to kicking out the unvaccinated nurses. Happened on Long Island recently, & likely elsewhere. Those same nurses served the public loyally for many months, almost a year when there was no such thing as vaccinations. Similar concern for police and fire fighters who similarly served the public loyally for many months, almost a year when there was no such thing as vaccinations. There's concern when Fauci gets very evasive about the funding bucks $$$ he sent to Wuhan, and whether the definition of gain of function needs changing, to suit himself. Concern the COVID vaccine reactions and deaths in one year have exceeded the totals from every other vaccine ever approved, i.e. the grand total for all of those others combined. There's some smiling at the DeSantis successes in Florida, fighting against mandates. Similarly for Texas and elsewhere, like the Oklahoma National Guard. Some smiling when the UAW auto workers union and the big three auto producers agree that vaxx status won't effect employment, and can be kept confidential. Interesting that so called break thru cases, where vaccinated folks are getting the disease, are on the upswing. Reported globally. Big believer in freedoms. Also believer that there's societal costs of lockdowns and mandates [like firings of nurses, police, fire fighters.] Biden's mandate policies have built in societal costs generating other failures. Not a whole lot different from failures of no bails/ low bail policies, Also defunding police provoking societal failures. PS I'm not aware of any churches in a bunch of weeks requiring masks, nor other restrictive steps. |
