Ooops Latest court decision by the 6th Circuit Court reinstates the Biden mandates. Click Here

Seems this will put pressure on employers to reconsider their options. And some organizations will be mounting their pleas for decision at the Supreme court level. For example -- The Job Creators Network [JCN] has been disappointed by the 6th Circuit's decision.

The JCN said: This mandate will make it even harder for small business owners to find and keep employees. The 6th Circuit irresponsibly upheld an illegal rule and expects employers to somehow comply with a complicated regulation in a period of two weeks, including the holidays.

JCN has asked the Supreme Court to save businesses and employees from this government overreach

And you'll recall we've previously discussed the court actions, blocking the Biden mandates. Its been a shame that the health workers who served us when there were no vaccinations, would now be losing their job. Same for Police, fire and EMF responders. Glad to see some backing off is occurring.
