• Huntington Ingalls Industries, the country’s largest naval shipbuilder, will not enforce Biden's mandate  that compelled all military contractors to get vaccinated 
• Southwest Airlines and American Airlines CEOs recently said they don’t expect to fire unvaccinated workers, softening their tone
• In this tight labor market, companies are attracting new hires with promises of “No vaccine required.”  This has been appearing in the employment advertisements. 
• Some business owners are saying their “No vaccine required" policy is philosophical; for others, it’s desperation amid an unbalanced labor market

And you'll recall we've previously discussed the court actions, blocking the Biden mandates.  Its been a shame that the health workers who served us when there were no vaccinations, would now be losing their job.  Same for Police, fire and EMF responders.  Glad to see some backing off is occurring.
