If I had to wager a guess, I'd conclude that Blacks, as a voting block, have it much easier to vote than many Whites.  Given the fact that a great percentage of Blacks are domiciled in heavily congested urban areas; getting to a polling place is "as easy as Sunday Morning" to wit; hop down a flight or two of stairs; out the front door; down the street, and two blocks later you're touching the screen to vote STRAIGHT DEMOCRAT.  In some precincts, touching anywhere will vote STRAIGHT DEMOCRAT... walking in and closing the curtain will chalk-up a STRAIGHT DEMOCRAT.
