Could not recall or find that Eisenhower quote [ a hypothetical quip maybe].
/sarc/ = sarcasm. I completely made up that 'quote'; a sorry attempt at compare/contrast. I caught a snippet of Levin on the radio tonight. He went off on Biden, and his band of vacuous fools, over the Afghan blunder that will undoubtedly cause our Americans their lives. Did you hear him tonight? If not, you really should see if it's on UTube or his site. It's remarkable! I understand there are dozens of American school girls stranded there; God have mercy on them. Where's Michelle-My-Belle? We are in dire need of her 'Free our Girls' sign. I don't watch the MSNBC and CNN apologists. I suspect they've 'moved on' from criticizing Biden and the Taliban by now. === I'm not a tennis freak-a-zoid, but I do enjoy Wimbledon, Roland Garros, and the U.S. Open. For now, Bob

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Could not recall or find that Eisenhower quote [ a hypothetical quip maybe]. BUT You got me interested in some history. I'd already known how Bayer collaborated with the Nazis. YET some others I found were surprises. Big industry names collaborated and had dealings and ties with Nazis -- IBM, Ford, Fanta [i.e. Coca-Cola]. Not surprising were Associated Press, Chase Bank & Volkswagen. |
