Abstracted from UCMJ...
§899. Art. 99. Misbehavior before the enemy Tom, I understand, by definition, the CinC cannot not be guilty of promulgating surrender orders throughout the Afghanistan theatre. Interesting to think, however, if the orders spilled from just one military paygrade below CinC then the whole of the UCMJ might come in to play. We abandoned Americans in a hostile environment; armed our enemy; surrendered our embassy; refused to rescue endangered Americans at the airport gate (BTW, if they were refusing to let many of our people through the gate, what great cause did our soldiers/sailor die for... the rescue of 100,000+ unknown Afghanis? My God. Biden, Austin and Milley: "WE DID A GREAT JOB." Yea, well, if that was your "job" then you should be drawn and quartered.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bob You nailed them again-- State Dept, and the Surrenderer-in-Chief. Both deserve to be lampooned. And how could we ever think the U.S. Code of Contact ["bible" ] says: -- Leave no one behind -- OR -- Never negotiate with terrorists. Silly me !! |
