Biden's plan is to reinstate a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.  Not all multiple round weapons, just high-capacity.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Have you seen Bidens new ramblings?   He wants to ban rifles, and hand guns that fire multiple rounds. So he does realize all criminals will have to turn in their automatic weapons.
