Barry seemed to be a good supporter of civil rights in the 60s. But when he got into crack cocaine and prostitutes as mayor, he was convicted and went to prison for it. It was unbelievable to me, that when he got out of prison, he was reelected. In many ways, the worst mayor ever in DC.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: And then reelected him Mayor again, yeah that sums it up Dave. It's rampant in D C and i'm sure every city across the U.S.  I'm not sure they want to clean it up, I mean really, how much money has been spent on this?
