Well isn't it pretty obvious. How many blacks in US? How many Whites. Drug consumption by Whites simply because there are many more whites.
When I lived in Camden,NJ I attended many meetings with Camden County Police, the force installed after the city police was disbanded. I-676 outright through the city. It made drug purchase by suburban folks (predominantly white) quick and easy. I was told by the police that 80% of the drugs sold in Camden were to folks from the suburbs. When I lived in Worcester County I was I involved with Worcester County Warriors, a group working to educate and fight against drug use. Most of the reported drug usage was by whites and ab alarming number of young people. |
