It's a scandal that the authorities have closed the case of that shooting, and are refusing to release the name of that Officer who shot Ashli Babbitt at the Capitol.   

You may recall that OJ was sued civilly when his criminal case was an acquittal.  I'd love to see Babbitt's heirs sue that officer for wrongful death.  Seems he fired without shouting a warning.   Probably wouldn't get anywhere because officers have some immunity protections.  Yet some Dems and liberals want to cut back on that immunity.  Thus becomes an interesting debating point.  

And you recall that civil juries decide on preponderance of evidence, instead of guilt beyond reasonable doubt, in the criminal law.

Did you see the video where some other officers might also have been wounded, closely to the line of fire ??
