If some 'insurrectionists' were allowed entry into the building then how on Earth can you charge them with breaking and entering?
YUP I'm on board with those thoughts about the issues at the Capitol. That thought also mitigates the idea of criminal intent. Allowing them to enter without stopping them, and holding doors open. shows there was no malicious intent by those entering. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: But media hasn't replayed those scenes. If there is a congressional inquiry then ALL available recordings (including police body cams) of what took place at the Capitol that day will be made public. Then we'll see if the Capitol police are culpable in any way.
