I was listening to mostly all of Trump's speech that Wednesday. I got zero message and absolutely no innuendo he was urging them to march on the capitol [your wording]. And I suspect that 90% or higher of folks didn't even tune in on that speech. Maybe you haven't hear the words he said?? Time after time he did say "walk over there." Very low key words.
Here's a comparison to all those Dems words urging violence. References like: < "we bring a gun. -- Obama" < "burned down and no “survivors” left -Rubin" < "fight in the streets --Tim Kaine" < "march, bleed, and die in the streets --Loretta Lynch" < "it just takes a brass knuckle fight -- Biden" < "50-day “siege” on the White House. -- Occupy Wall Street group" < "beheaded likeness of Prez T -- Kathy Griffin" < By Others: Trump’s assassination-- Republicans to be guillotined,-- blow up the White House, --“all-out war” -- put in a cage with pedophiles --sexually assaulted --stabbed to death -- to arm themselves and wage war. All of these examples demonstrate how Dems are riding in the stratosphere, when considering the realm of encouraging violence. Unequaled animosity, hateful, violent rhetoric. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I agree with you completely and you didn't need to spend the time to illustrate all those examples. I read and remember what I read. You keep falling back on the "so's your old man defense". No president in my memory has told his followers to march on the capitol while emotions were already in flame. His failure to rein in his attorney compounded the problem. My point, which you haven't chosen to defend against, was exactly what Trump and his attorney did under those circumstances. Or maybe you have. I guess you are saying that what Trump did was good and proper actions for a sitting president. BTW, I've added Tom Cotton and Dan Crenshaw to my team. How's your recruitment going? |
