| My guess is that those use exercise safe practices infect others at a very small percentage when compared with those who do not. Punishment? I don't know, but it should be sever enough to deter unsafe behavior. Difficult to prove and enforce in most cases. This coupled with the fact that we hopefully will have a vaccine coming soon, should get rid of the virus. The vaccine will not do it alone. It's only 90% effective. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This has been spoken about quite frequently on the forum so I don’t want to get too much into it. Many people who follow what is called’ safe practices’- still infect others. What sort of punishment would you say they should have according to a ‘law’? |
