This has been spoken about quite frequently on the forum so I don’t want to get too much into it. Many people who follow what is called’ safe practices’- still infect others. What sort of punishment would you say they should have according to a ‘law’?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don't like dictating what others can do either, but the only way to defeat this virus is if everyone cooperates. There are those that think it's OK to disregard safe practices, and those people end up infecting others. That should not be legal.
