Personally, I think it should never have come to this. The Donald should have won in a walk if he had controlled his ego and not surrounded himself with friends and family (enablers) throughout his presidency. He personally swept much of the good he did under the rug by talking/tweeting when better angels would have told him to let the winners ride. 

His was a frustrating presidency. Unless he comes up with something fast that changes the scenario, he should exit the stage and reflect on how he snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
