For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Recall that Gore quickly withdrew his concession, calling back the same evening, to retract his concession when the race unexpectedly tightened up. Gotta start the clean up of the U.S. election process sometime, some where. Seems like no better time than now when there's so many examples of malfeasance and malpractice. Kinda a weak idea to imply -- if you ca'nt solve it totally, then don't bother to do anything about protecting/ improving election validity |
