But, he's a bad orange meanie; and that matters more to them (women) than putting food on the table, I guess.
Has Cruz got enough smoothness to woo the women voters -- Or is he too hard line ?????? Are the Repubs better off choosing a firmer hand to stand up to "onslaughts" (than Romney, than Jeff Sessions). Yes DeSantis would make a good VP. Or flip it the other way, Cruz as the attack style VeeP. And I'd leave Hogan out of the mix. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Maybe you're just suggesting that Mitch & Lindsey will distance themselves from Trump & sail their own courses. Tom, I am. They're very experienced at it. Remember, Graham was a McCain sycophant right up to McCain's death; only then did he 'see the light.' I don't understand McConnell, save for his superlative dedication to appointing conservative judges. With interest rates at the levels they are, you would think a cool 2.5 trillion would be a walk in the park to save homeowners, shopkeepers, airlines, major corporations employing millions, local economies, and lets not forget: 1.2 million for OPA. Do you visualize/predict Ted Cruz running for Prez in 2024 ? I don't visualize Mitch or Lindsey in that role. I do (Cruz). I'd rather see DeSantis run on his experience in the Congress, coupled with his executive experience managing Florida. But from now on the Repubs are the defenders of the working folks. Now, if we could only convince the nation's working women. Trump's economy put the most women to work ever! But, he's a bad orange meanie; and that matters more to them than putting food on the table, I guess. Bob |
