For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The former Fla. AG, Pam Bondi, has affirmed that "Federal law" requires all states to allow observers. Presumably this is federal legislation, and then there's' likely regulations and also case law/ precedents. I'm just presuming. I understand. I'm taking issue with the PA Supremes, actually usurping the Pa State Legislature, or the possibility one or more of the US Supremes will find such action just dandy. CAUTION: Roberts believes press clippings provide nutrition for the mind. And, if he has the chance, he will have nothing of putting Humpty Trumpty back together again. |
