This afternoon seems very clear that the Repubs will still control the Senate.  Which means there's ability to block tax overhauls & Supreme Court packing, etc.  Market analysts called that the reason for today's market strength.  Some might call that situation ---  gridlock

Perhaps -- A bright spot today, among many clouds.   But I'm not so sure about the curtailing fracking issue, if Biden wins.
