For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Explain how Biden, or any president, can unilaterally "pack the court." Biden, or any president, can not unilaterally "pack the court." (literally) OK children, zip on your thinking caps! The Legislature can add to the bench; they cannot NAME the candidates, so by packing, I'm inferring that he can/will name ALL Liberals, thereby 'packing' the court with flunkies that will bend to the wishes of the Democrats. |
