Biden, or any president, can not unilaterally "pack the court." (literally) OK children, zip on your thinking caps! The Legislature can add to the bench; they cannot NAME the candidates, so by packing, I'm inferring that he can/will name ALL Liberals, thereby 'packing' the court with flunkies that will bend to the wishes of the Democrats. |
