Here's a video of the fireworks show, a highlight at the conclusion of the RNC convention.
Notice how "TRUMP & "2020" were spelled out in fireworks -- (about a min or so in the show) |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Today, now that both conventions have ended, the report cards will begin rolling in. Quite a contrast, where one presidential candidate appeared on all four nights VS the other staying out of sight until the final evening. Also quite a contrast in the style of presentation -- one featuring so many ordinary citizens, so may interesting personal stories. Without that variety, hearing only speeches after speeches becomes a task to listen. We saw the celebration of former jailed prisoners who turned their lives around, we saw young people --one saved by the "allowed to try" experimental drug program, and a teen who the media had slimed, but who has continued to stand tall. We saw a nun who served honorably as a military physician, and saw a pro-life lady who had converted away from the Planned Parenthood abortion program. We saw new citizenship conferred upon people with a variety of foreign backgrounds. Another contrast was where one convention omitted any recognition of the rioting, arson & injuries raging simultaneously in the streets in some Dem led cities. Yet the other convention featured so many denouncements of that rioting, it would be hard to count how many. Prez Trump 's 4th evening speech was of course the highlight of the evening. Difficult to chose which of the many areas he covered were favorites, so perhaps you may comment on any missing in this summary. Some observations & quotes: << “How can the Democrat Party ask to lead our country when it spends so much time tearing down our country?” << “For 47 years, Joe Biden took the donations of blue-collar workers, gave them hugs and, even kisses… And told them he felt their pain – and then he flew back to Washington and voted to ship their jobs to China . . ." << “They are angry at me [Prez.T said] because instead of putting them first, I very simply said, ‘I put America first,’” << “Joe Biden claims he has empathy for the vulnerable – yet the party he leads supports the extreme late-term abortion of defenseless babies right up to the moment of birth,” Trump reminded attendees. “Democrat leaders talk about moral decency, but they have no problem with stopping a baby’s beating heart in the 9th month of pregnancy.” << Democrats spent their convention denouncing America as a hotbed of “systemic racism” and profound inequality. Republicans celebrated the United States as a land of immense opportunity, a nation of promise to all who were willing to work hard and obey our laws. << There's a very clear choice in November. Voters can reelect Trump with policies that will protect and benefit all Americans, or they can elect Joe Biden to sacrifice our freedoms, fatten the federal government and squander the gains of the past three years. |
